Wire Extrusion Line (Extruder)

This image shows our Wire Extrusion Line (Extruder), one of the core pieces of equipment in cable production. The machine coats the conductor with plastic insulation material through an extrusion process, forming insulated wires. The complete line includes a hopper, extrusion main machine, cooling trough, tractor, and take-up device, enabling continuous production from bare conductor to finished insulated wire.
