Wire Extrusion Line (Extruder)

This image shows our Wire Extrusion Line (Extruder), one of the core pieces of equipment in wire and cable manufacturing. The machine coats the conductor with plastic insulation material through an extrusion process, forming insulated wires. The complete production line includes a pay-off stand, extrusion main machine, cooling trough, tractor, and take-up device, enabling continuous production from bare conductor to finished insulated wire.
